           1 . Possible causes and solutions for excessive output:

           (1) Pressure guiding tube. Check whether the pressure guiding tube is leaking or blocked; check whether the shut-off valve is fully opened; check whether there is liquid in the gas pressure guiding tube and whether there is air in the liquid pressure guiding tube; check whether there are deposits in the pressure chamber of the transmitter.

           (2) The electrical connection of the transmitter. Check the connection of the sensor assembly of the transmitter. Ensure that the contact area of the connector is clean; check whether the No. 8 pin is reliably connected to the ground of the case.

           (3) The transmitter circuit is faulty. Replace with a spare circuit board to check, judge the faulty circuit board and replace the faulty circuit board.

           (4) Check whether the output of the power supply meets the required voltage value.

           2 . Possible reasons and solutions for too small or no output:

           (1) Pressure guiding tube. Check whether the pressure guiding tube is leaking or blocked; check whether there is gas in the liquid pressure guiding tube; check whether there are deposits in the pressure chamber of the transmitter; check whether the stop valve is fully opened and whether the balance valve is closed tightly.

           (2) The electrical connection of the transmitter. Check whether the lead wire of the transmitter sensor assembly is short-circuited; check whether the No. 8 pin is reliably connected to the ground of the case; ensure that the contact point of the connector is clean; check whether the adjustment screws are within the control range.

           (3) Wiring circuit. Check whether the voltage applied to the transmitter is normal; check whether the loop is short-circuited or grounded at multiple points.

           (4) The transmitter circuit is faulty. The spare circuit board can also be used instead to judge and analyze the faulty circuit board or replace the faulty circuit board.

           3. Possible causes and solutions for unstable output:

           (1) Wiring circuit. Check whether the loop has intermittent short circuit, open circuit or multi-point grounding; check whether the voltage applied to the transmitter is appropriate.

           (2) Fluctuation of the measured liquid. Adjust the size of the damping effect of the circuit.

           (3) Check whether there is liquid in the gas pressure pipe and whether there is gas in the liquid pressure pipe.

           (4) Ensure that the contact area of the connector is clean, and check the grounding of the sensor assembly.

           (5) Replace the faulty transmitter circuit board with a spare circuit board to judge the fault and replace the faulty circuit board.
